Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on all eligible items.  We issue refunds in the form of a merchandise credit (via digital gift card) only.  In order to be issued a refund, we must receive your returned order within 30 calendar days of purchase date.  Returned orders received outside the 30 day period will not be accepted.

How do I make a return?

To initiate a return/exchange for your order, please email us at with your full name and order number prior to mailing your item(s) back to us.  Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.  Failure to submit a request prior to mailing the returned item(s) back to us may result in the refund not being issued properly, or at all.

All returned items must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact.  Please include the original receipt in your return.  Returns unaccompanied by original receipt will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but may be refuse.  If a return without a receipt is accepted, the item's value will be equal to the lowest retail price that it was available for within the previous 30 days due to sales and promotions that may have been going on during that time frame. If we deny any refund, you (the customer) are responsible for return postage. 


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

*** All items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, or smell of perfume/odor.

*** Items without original Happy Bluebird Boutique tags attached and intact

*** All jewelry and accessories

*** All "FINAL SALE" marked down items

*** Gift cards and merchandise credit

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving them.  Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you of refund eligibility.  Please allow up to an additional 3-5 business days for a merchandise credit (digital gift card) to be processed.  If your refund is late or missing, please contact us at

"Final Sale" items

"Final Sale" items are non-returnable.  These items are marked in the product description.


If you wish to exchange your item(s) for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us.  Please follow return procedures stated above.  After we have processed and accepted your return, we will issue a merchandise credit via digital gift card.  You may then place an order for the desired item/size using your merchandise credit! 

Damaged/Defective merchandise

When it comes to our merchandise and customer service, we believe in exceptional quality.  We thoroughly inspect our merchandise before shipping out to our customers.  If you feel that you've received a wrong, defective or damage item, we want to make it right!

All wrong or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery date.  Please email us at with your full name, order number, brief description, and a picture of the item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
